We are grateful to YOU!

As we take time to reflect on all that we have to be grateful for this holiday season we wanted to take a moment to thank YOU – our supporters – for the role you play in our school’s success. We are very grateful to live in a community that values the importance of a healthy early childhood environment.

Thanks to your support we have:

  • reached our goal of $11,000 in student scholarships for the 2018-2019 school year;
  • provided research based professional development opportunities for our staff;
  • purchased a class set of snowshoes for winter travel;
  • begun installation on a solar lighting system for our wall tent classroom;
  • taken our students on special field trips including Bike Day on the North Valley Rail Trail and a fall harvest trip to Council;
  • provided yoga, music, and art classes to our students with local instructors;
  • hosted a monthly home school group and our first Alumni Day; and
  • created experiential learning opportunities for our students like our current shelter building project.

Save the date for McCall’s annual Trek to the North Pole – hosted by Roots and Ponderosa State Park this year. Bring along children or grandchildren to enjoy a magical morning in the forest.

Wishing you much to be grateful for this holiday season!
