SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING

Student scholarships allow us to ensure that Roots remains accessible to all interested members of the community.  Through scholarships we are able to diversify the student population at Roots and expose a range of local children to this rich experience.  Creating a diverse student body allows us to know our community on a deeper lever and share experiences across socio-economic and cultural divides.

KEEPING OUR CLASSROOM INNOVATIVE

Each new school year brings a fresh group of young children we wish to support in their learning journey.  With them comes the need to stay innovative. Donations go to fund much-needed supplies and materials for our students.

Support our staff

We would not be the program we are without the dedication and professionalism of our hardworking teachers and administrators.  The need to retain high quality staff and to provide them with benefits and a livable wage is essential.  To make this possible, additional funding is needed.

Tax-Deductible Donations

Roots Forest School is a 501(c)3 non-profit. All donations are tax-deductible and we are happy to provide a receipt for your records.

Your donation has a profound impact on our students and program

$25.00 – purchase crayon rocks for fine motor skills and drawing.

$50.00 – invest in new books to keep our library updated.

$100.00 – acquire materials and a teacher to support a seed study.

$250.00 – supply winter clothing to keep one student warm and dry.

$350.00– provide a one-month scholarship.

$500.00 – help keep talented educators in our community.
